Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

Lionview Digital is fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and strives to provide the best services according to the packages offered on each website. We have a specific refund policy in place, outlined as follows:

1. Clients can request changes during the presentation of initial service concepts. Once the designs are approved, payment is required, and no refund requests will be entertained thereafter.

2. If a refund is requested before the delivery of the initial design and concepts, the client will be eligible for a refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.

3. Refund requests made within 48 hours of the initial delivery will be eligible for a 66% refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.

4. Refund requests made between 48-120 hours of the initial design delivery will be eligible for a 33% refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.

5. Refund requests made after 120 hours of the initial delivery will not be entertained. However, clients can still contact us for any concerns as we aim for 100% customer satisfaction.

6. No refund requests will be entertained if there has been no action taken on the order for 30 days after placing it. Reactivating a design order will incur a certain fee based on the project.

7. Once the final files have been delivered, no refund requests will be entertained.

8. For video animation packages, no refunds will be entertained once the video animation layouts (storyboard) have been delivered and approved or once the video animation has been deployed live.

9. For service packages, refund requests become null and void once the initial animation is successfully delivered.

10. A fair usage policy applies to revision requests, with a maximum of 3 rounds of revisions per phase to maintain fair usage.

11. All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. Lionview Digital reserves the right to approve or disapprove requests on a case-by-case basis, depending on the violation of the user agreement.

12. Refund policies for Lionview Digital /Custom packages are the same as those for single packages. For example, if a client orders logo animation and web design services and approves the logo animation, they can claim a refund for the video animation service only at the time of the initial design.

13. To qualify for a refund, the request must have a valid reason that aligns with the design brief and customer feedback. Unless a concept has not been designed according to the brief, a refund will not be given, but further revisions will be provided until complete satisfaction.

14. The money-back guarantee is based on the assumption that the order is placed in good faith. Placing design orders with multiple agencies for the same job with the intention to claim a refund is not considered in good faith, and we reserve the right to decline refund requests in such cases.

15. Customers are responsible for providing feedback and getting involved in the design process to achieve desired results. The 100% unique design guarantee allows for a redesign if the video animation and illustrations resemble existing designs. Lionview Digital is not liable for any resemblance and does not accept responsibility or claims for compensation in such cases. It is the client's responsibility to copyright their artwork.

How to claim a refund:

To ensure approval of a refund request, contact us through one of the following three methods: toll-free number +1 (407) 209-6075 or email us at info@lionviewdigital.com.

We will try to resolve your concerns through our revision policy. If not, we will email you an approval for the refund request from our refund department. After the refund, the design rights will be transferred to Lionview Digital, and you will no longer be able to display any version of the design provided by the company.

By agreeing to the refund, you acknowledge that you have no right to use any response or content from the company, and you will not have any ownership interest in them.

Lionview Digital may share Copyright Acquisition information for refunded designs with Government Copyright Agencies to restrict their reuse as original designs in the future.

My Account:

The client's account area is the primary means of communication. It is the client's responsibility to check the account area for concerns, queries, or additional information required by the designer. Failure to check or use the Account Area frequently will not provide grounds for a refund. If uncertain about using the area, contact the customer support team for assistance.

Quality Assurance Policy:

We ensure that our designers follow specific requirements, conduct proper research, and integrate creativity into their work.


If you are not satisfied with the initial logo or website designs provided to you, you are eligible to request a 100% refund for your project to the cost paid within 48 hours of the designs being sent. You do not qualify for the refund if the project design has been approved and sent into the development or logo has been sent into revision stage. Also, other circumstances have been mentioned as under what circumstanced the 100% money back guarantee will be voided.

Domain and Hosting:

Domain and hosting are provided for free with video animation packages, where applicable. Email accounts provided with video animation packages can be configured on third-party software like Outlook, with each account having 10MB of space.

If the client does not host their video animation with us, we will not provide email accounts.

Delivery Policy:

Design order files are delivered to the client's My Account area as specified on the "Order Confirmation" and are also sent via email. All revision and refund policies are subject to the date and time of the design order delivered to the client's account area.

Customized design orders are delivered via email within 5 to 7 days after receiving the order. Rush delivery is available for first logo animation samples within 48 hours for an additional fee.

Record Maintenance:

We maintain a record of finalized designs and can resend the final files upon request in the future.

We offer 24-Hour Customer Support to address queries and questions, ensuring immediate response.

Communication Policy:

Lionview Digital is not liable for any correspondence from email addresses other than those with our domain (info@Lionviewdigital.com) or any toll-free number not mentioned in our video animation. We do not take responsibility for any damage caused by such correspondence. We only assume responsibility for communication through email addresses under our domain or via toll-free numbers mentioned on the Lionview Digital website.
